A stand-alone photovoltaic system is nothing more than a system with storage disconnected from the electricity grid. It is the ideal solution for isolated users for which the connection costs to the electricity grid can be too expensive or for those who want to be totally independent.
If there is no connection to the network, there will be no fixed costs, network charges or other taxes to pay for the user.

Thanks to the strong technological evolution of recent years, the storage systems have reached maturity and guarantee durability and reliability. The best manufacturers, such as LG Chem, guarantee the batteries for 10 years with a very high level of reliability.
And now even the possibility of installing power optimizers
SolarEdge power optimizers increase the energy production produced by photovoltaic systems by constantly monitoring the maximum power point (MPPT) of each individual module. Additionally, power optimizers monitor the performance of each module and report performance data to the SolarEdge Monitoring Portal for cost-effective module-level maintenance. Each power optimizer is equipped with the unique SafeDC ™ functionality to automatically shut down the DC voltage of the modules each time the inverter or the grid is shut down.
